1 Michael H. Vandenberg appeals from a judgment of the circuit court finding him guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI) and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration (PAC), both as second offenses. Vandenberg contends the circuit court erred by including his prior conviction in Michigan for operating a motor vehicle while impaired for purposes of penalty enhancement. We disagree and affirm.
